Where did you hear about Paul and why did you decide to train with him?

Paul was one of the trainers I used to work with when I was a member of another gym. I found him to be very good and when he started his own business I stayed with him.

How does training with Paul compare to other personal training you've done in the past?

Paul's training is much more personal. He relates well with his clients, he talks, and even when you might be discouraged because the weight isn't shifting as fast as you'd like, he makes you still feel good about yourself.

How would you describe your training sessions with Paul?

The training is hard, fast and very good.

What do you like about training with Paul?

I like the variety, it's not the same thing every day. Paul changes the exercises all the time and the time just flies because you're moving from one exercise to another very quickly.

Are you happy with the overall setup, for instance the location, the studio?

It's all very good, excellent in fact.

Do you think it's good value?

I do yes, because it's very personal and Paul puts everything into it. Paul is an excellent trainer, always on time and he's available on the phone if you ever need to reach him for advice. The training sessions are hard but enjoyable.

Would you recommend Paul to others?

Yes I would, 100%.

Having worked with personal trainers, do you have any advice for someone considering doing the same?

I think they should do it, it's very beneficial.
